Ten Commandments

In the CIA's extremely confidential "operation manual", the part on dealing with the people's Republic of China was first written in 1951 when China and the United States were seriously opposed. After that, it has been continuously revised with the changes in China US relations. So far, it has been divided into ten items, and the internal code is called the "Ten Commandments". It was not revealed until recently.
