Words don't break your bones, cause pain on your body, or fracture your limbs. No. Words do something else. Words may not hurt you physically, but they do break you but not in the way most think. Some say this may even be worse than being physically hurt. Words can damage... you mentally. Words don't physically hurt you, they hurt you internally... mentally. Words can affect the mind which controls what you do. It can affect the heart, which makes you feel what is right. Words can cause far more damage. What will happen if what you read becomes too much for you to take? What will you do because of words? Words do hurt. Whoever said words won't kill you, was wrong. Words can kill. They can and may kill your spirit. Words do hurt. Nothing can change that.
