Baby Steps

Lillian James is a shy and unpopular girl at William McKinley High School. Her days are spent in the shadows, avoiding bullies and trying to make it through the day unnoticed. However, her world is turned upside down after an unconsenual encounter with the school's bad boy, Noah Puckerman, leaves her pregnant.

Feeling alone and scared, Lillian finds solace in the most unlikely person: Quinn Fabray, the popular and seemingly perfect head cheerleader. Quinn takes Lillian under her wing and shows her a side of high school she never thought possible. She introduces Lillian to the Glee Club, a group of misfits who share a love for singing and performing.

As Lillian begins to find her place in the Glee Club, she discovers the best friends she could ever ask for. She also finds herself falling for one of the members, the talented and charming Mike Chang. But with a baby on the way and the constant fear of judgment from her peers, Lillian's newfound happiness is constantly threatened.
