After the rebellion, everyone is living in peace. Or so it seems. The humans and mutes still have some baggage and a mysterious attack on the old mod frog pond remains unexplained. Kipo joins the mod frog gang as her heart seeks constant adventure and a sense of belonging in a world where humans and mutes are mostly segregated and her parents have shut themselves underground searching for remedy to Emilia's mute cure. Join her on her journey as she discovers hidden feelings and finds an unexpected family. Twists and turns in this plot go on until the very end and nothing is as it seems.

Shadow appeared to be like every other mute. That is for every other mutes standards. Though no one knew much about mutes that were panthers. After all humans led them to near extinction that it's become rare to find one. Though everyone can agree that Shadow isn't normal. For example instead of black he is a bright blue. No one questions it though if they know what's good for them. Shadow was never one for talking but if he has to say something he uses another language, in public that is. Over the course of his life he picked up bits of other languages. Though he is most fluent in sign language and Italian. Though half of the time barely anyone knows what he's saying. Both to his annoyance and amusement. Though everything changes once word of a certain burrow girl pops up out of the blue. Many secrets that were once buried by a mega. Rise to the surface causing some odd changes to occur. Along with his curiosity to find his parents. Though the truth is much odder and darker than Shadow would hope for.
