Fantasy, horror, and science fiction are my favorite genres to read. They are also my favorite to write. I've enjoyed writing since I won my first writing contest in the fourth grade. That was over twenty-five years ago and I haven't shared a sinlge word of it. Imposter syndrome is a bitch! Well, I finally managed to pull the trigger. Here is "O Negative". It's a mix of all of my favorite genres. I've mixed a fantasy, based on present-day Earth, with plenty of graphic horror and wrapped it all up within a world driven by the technological advancements that only can be obtained from millions of years of civilation. A small group of strangers find themselves surviving in a decimated world. It's bad enough to be stranded in a no-name town, but things become surreal when you realize the vast majority of humanity has died...it becomes terrifying when you realize you aren't that lucky to be alive. "Survivor's Guilt" isn't a thing when you find yourself the sole food source for an entire group of beings that no longer need to hide in the shadows. Man is no longer at the top of the food chain...they are now the cattle.

We often dream about living in a world far different from our own. It's nice to dream about it, after all reality is disappointing. To dream of having magic, being able to soar with dragons in a beautiful green forest. But that's all it is right? A dream.... Yeah. But not for me. Don't cross paths with him...he is unforgiving. Never challenge him...he is destructive. But what did she do??? Every damn thing she wasn't supposed to! Add a punch to the already shaky equation and you'll find yourself amidst drama...teenage drama. Is it right to let these two souls collide? "I am not your damn servant whom you order around, get that straight through your thick skull!" with that she walked away like a pro if I may say so...leaving him staring at the place where she previously stood. When an ego is hurt, revenge is born. "Come on guys. . .we need to sort out some things," all his friends could do was watch; watch helplessly, as destruction planted it's ugly claws into their lives. A tale of destruction, misery, loyalty, friendship, trust and betrayal. "If you call yourself a dreamer, I call myself a dream-snatcher. You won't even know what hit you, little girl," he thought, as he smirked wickedly at her retreating figure. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Has mild cursing be warned!
