Sawyer has had a rough life since she was little but the older she got she found ways how to cope with her life the ways she only knows how to but what didn't expect was to come to cross a handsome stranger that happens to be new in town and also happens to be new to her school too.
Bennett wants to start a new fresh beginning where no one knows about his past life or his demons he's been fighting at a very young age he thought by moving into a new town where it's quiet would be the first step but everything goes down the drain when he comes across with a certain girl he hasn't seen before.

"'Bye.' I say after Edwin's kiss. He gives me a small smile that honestly looks more like a grimace. It makes me a little uncomfortable having him kiss me in the library. Edwin walks away, and someone standing in the corner of my vision makes me turn in my seat. A tall, muscular man is standing there, his arms crossed, staring at me. He's got dark brown hair, perfect eyebrows, and soft brown eyes. Honestly, he's gorgeous. And since I've read, and edited, about five articles about him, I recognize him immediately. Dane Sawyer.
