The Reason I Dream Of You

If Grace Harvey has to describe herself, she is just an ordinary village woman.

She is an ordinary person, with an ordinary family and ordinary life. An ordinary human who then seeks her fortune in the capital as an imperial maid. She is not that ambitious too to get a higher level, because she just wants to do enough for herself and her family.

Yet, from when she was only a child, a random thought always came into her brain. An image of a sophisticated world she never knew where the idea come from, a thought of a device that easily connects you to far-away people without using magic tools, or a 'final examination' that never once she did because she never goes into an academy.

Yet, the memories depicted strong images that confused her.

' What if there is another world other than the one she was in?'

When she grows older and works as a first-level maid in the Imperial Palace of Solisa Empire, she dreams about a girl that she believed was her. The girl in her dream seems to befall in love with a princess from a story she read in her daily life.

She falls in love deeply, with a strong affection toward a mere fictional character. She was crying for her, mad for her, gave a whole time of hers to immerse in the princess's world.

... the emotion is too real as if Grace feels it too.

'... but, why do I dream of it?'

and the truth unfolds, a fateful meeting happened. Grace Harvey then realizes that she lives in the same world as the princess inside the story from her dream, where the princess still was a mere three years old. She who was dreaming about her knows what will happen to the princess later on. The tragedies that will happen and unfortunate events that will befall her.

' ... but what can I do? while I am just an ordinary person?' that could not do anything to change the whole world of the main character.

Yet, here is the story of her as an ordinary woman in a fantasy world, surviving in the world of the main character.
