Ellie is more dog than wolf, and more wolf than human. Ellie is a werewolf but she is forced to stay in wolf form and treated like a dog. She doesn't remember her past much, just that her parents are dead, and under no circumstance can she shift back. Cramped in her 3x2 cage with a couple rags, a tiny water bowl and food bowl that is usually empty. She lives her life sleeping in her own feces only to come out and play dog. Forced to do tricks or get punished yet again. That all changes one day when another pack comes to eliminate hers. Tyler alpha of the SilverMoon pack attacks the RedPaw pack for its cruelty towards its pack mates. Upon arrival a fight breaks out. SilverMoon, victorious scavenges the territory for survivors.
