CRM Module for Enjay Synapse Mobile.
Enjay Synapse Mobile is an Android app developed by Enjay.

HOW DOES SYNAPSE WORK?
When you receive a call on your phone, the details of the caller will appear on your CRM screen.

When you click on any number in Seattle, your phone will instantly dial the number.
All incoming and outgoing calls are automatically logged in CRM. With Little Lots Mobile, you can set up a call Centre using your Android phone.
Call recording is also integrated with CRM, allowing you to view call recording logs from within CRM.
Calls are logged on the Android app and linked with CRM on a regular basis.
REQUIREMENTS
A browser on any PC for accessing the CRM.An Android phone where you can install Enjay synapse mobile app.
Android phone should be about android 4.4It's preferred to have both the Android phone and the PC with your
browser should be in same Wi-Fi. However even if Mobile is on 3G and your PC using Wifi, then also it can work smoothly.
