The Hazards of My Chosen Profession (on hiatus)
Michael also known as "Wolf" (because of a patch he wears on his kit and helmet) is a member of what was the 75th Ranger Regiment. He finds himself a veteran of a war between humanity and anthros. While he doesn't exactly hate them he doesn't exactly trust them either despite their efforts to rebuild the relationship between species. Unfortunately a good chunk of humanity and anthro kind was wiped out due to the war. But due to the anthros ability to reproduce faster they were able to recover much faster leaving humanity at a loss. Michael finds himself alone and on the run from a one of the most dangerous anthro militaries (at least to humans), known as the Obsidian Front. They continue to hunt down and kill humans forces despite the end to the war, causing proxy wars and often large scale skirmishes between them and remaining human militias.

The world has seen many technological advances since the end of the war between Ukraine and Russia, which was both a blessing and a curse. In 2072, a war breaks out between the modern sides of the Allies and the Axis. Americans, Germans and the British Colonies made up the Allies, while Russia, North Korea and China made up the main three of the Axis. The war was at its worst in 2077, when Y/N had just returned from a mission in Russia. He was sent home due to the alleged endangerment of his fellow soldiers; however, this granted him some immunity. His home was in a small town that was populated by no more than 30 people, and nearby was a cryogenics testing facility in the form of a vault. Due to Y/N's service history, he was allowed into the vault during the nuclear warhead exchange between America and China, and that's where our story starts. A Kingdom at war
Two brothers grow up in a remote town. One day their town is attacked and they have to flee. Eventually, they find out that the Kingdom they live in, is being invaded. Siem, the older brother, has an affinity with the light element. Jens, the younger brother has a talent with the sword. They eventually split up because they each have their own path to become stronger. Apart from each other they both show signs of great talents. Siem amazes with his talent in magic while Jens gains a promotion in the military and has to lead his own squad. When the war has progressed to the final stages they meet again. At that time they both have friends they rely on. Eventually all of them end up where the final battle will be. They have to use everything at their disposal to fight the enemy and win the final battle. Only then can there be a new period of peace for their Kingdom.Complete
