The children of wealthy, famous, or important parents, they've learned to stick together so others don't use them for their money or status. Yet, when Marinette Dupain-Cheng transfers from Paris, Adrien is immediately drawn to her. 

Skeptical of Marinette's clumsiness and good nature, Chloe, Kagami, and Lila decide to investigate her to make sure Marinette is interested in more than the fame that comes with being his girlfriend.

Meanwhile, Marinette quickly learns of the Elites' exclusive nature, creating an immediate dislike of them, despite Adrien's kind nature.
