Known for her ambitious spirit and stellar grades in college, DW can't help but feel like a failure after dropping out of graduate school and moving back home with her tail between her legs-her new career as a traffic cop may keep her busy, but it doesn't erase the shame. Kate has always been the baby of the family, and, now in her twenties, she's desperate to leave Elwood City Community College and finish her studies on the opposite side of the country.
