''All of them had attempted to escape from the facility, even though they knew it was a fatal mistake.'' Alex Mooney, a poverty stricken teenage orphan, lives in a post-apocalyptic city demolished by the totalitarian government that was once the lifeline of the citizens. Exactly 100 of the remaining locals are sent to the facility each week, a place rumoured to distinguish citizens by their wealth. Higher class citizens are given permission to pass The Wall, a indestructable barrier separating the Dystopian city from a Utopian paradise. Poorer citizens are forced to spend their days in the facility, under constant surveillance from the government. The final 100 people are being sent to the facility in a week's time. Can Alex and his younger sister, Ava, escape the routine and get over The Wall?
