Laika, a fourteen year old astronomy enthusiast, who when asked could name you all the stars in the sky is moving to Alaska. Her new home is a town trapped in an endless winter, with mountains covered with snow and lakes frozen over, the natural beauty of the town seems to stun her while everyone she meets takes it for granted. Laika suddenly realises that the only good thing she is getting out of this move is a chance to see the stars, something she barely got to do against the brightness of the city lights of London, against that she has to start a new school trying to fit in, which is hard when your personality is as cold as the snow on the ground, survive against frequent blizzards and come to terms with who she really is, asking questions about herself she had never thought of before. It seems like the stars are the only thing she has as an escapism towards her new life and the only thing she has to keep her from running away, or is it?

When Elle was just a little girl, her aunt told her about this great trip through Europe she had once gone on. And so, years later, an eighteen-year-old Elle decides to go on the same trip. But hers doesn’t go nearly as smoothly as her aunt’s. And so, completely disappointed and even more heartbroken than before, Elle decides to go back home. But then her plane has to stop in a little town in the middle of nowhere during the biggest snowstorm of the decade. And so the adventures she had been hoping for and the love she hadn't really expected to find are thrust upon her, in the form of trying to find a place to stay in a town flooded with angry tourists, a crazy set of weird characters that offer their help, and an overly sarcastic yet amiable boy that doesn’t seem like anyone Elle has ever met before.

Kayla Madison is a normal-ish sixteen-year old whose main desire is simple-make it through high school without embarrassing herself too much in the process. It doesn't help that she's being followed by dark figures no one else sees. When a man with incredible speed, unbelievable power, strange old-fashion clothes, and an obnoxious personality threatens her life, she discovers she is a rare "two-worlder" -a person with one parent from Earth and the other from Earth Prime. She escapes another attack by jumping through a portal to the alternate dimension, much to the chagrin of her protector. As if managing without electricity, cars, and phones on the more Edwardian world weren't enough stress; she finally meets her long-absent father, a scientist in the top-secret field of Trans-Dimensional Travel. Things get more complicated when she realizes her best friend's father, or rather the Earth Prime version of him, might have been the person that orchestrated the assaults. ___ Thanks for reading! Savannah is a freshmen, she goes through a very upsetting and a tough past with her mother, her father leaves and her mother dies once they move out of town to sweden, Stockholm. She meets a lot of new people over time and her feelings suddenly become very mixed up. We have mark, her closest friend, but some problems interfere between their point of view of each other, so she thinks of a change. A simple change in by which doing something she loved and still loves doing, and thats a very interesting sport if you're wondering. She meets Adrian, through playing that sport, and in fact, he recognized her directly since she appeared on television in the junior grand prix final competition back home in russia, so they get along pretty easily. As soon as mark finds out that she made more than a friend and that Adrian was a guy too, he had a bad feeling about him, but savannah didn't. They had a-lot of great memories together that none could ever forget, so he asked her to fly along with him to a very pleasant country, it is well know and very interesting. She gladly made a decision and on the flight, her heart was beating way too fast, on the plane, which was when once someone walked next to her seat. Who could it be? Typical high school football jock, came from money, and was Brixlee's crush. They are from two different worlds, but can they actually make it work between them? Brixlee thinks they can. After she spends time with him and learns who he really is within, her love grows for him. He's different when he's around her. She reveals a side to him that he didn't even know he had, but the rollercoaster that they get on has the most twists, and turns, ups, and downs that they must learn to ride, or get off of. Can Jasper change his ways and be the man that Brixlee deserves? Can he accept Brixlee for who she is? Or, continue to hide her from others? Should he just take the easy route and continue to be himself, a sex addicted asshole who doesn't have feelings?
