Deciding to take up the challenge of becoming a manager and starting Japan as a foreign heel, Tommy would fly over and verbally destroy all the competition, showing how he can be just as good at talking on the mic, but along the way, he would meet a beautiful Japanese-Italian girl named Eimi Matsudo, AKA Giulia, who would help him get adjusted with his new living arrangements in Japan the first time around. The two would become very good friends and in April 2024, Eimi and Tommy would both sign with NXT, but Eimi had to help Rossy with Marigold, his new wrestling promotion. Eimi, who's known Tommy for so long at this point, would promise to come back, but knowing her friend, he never bothered with social media, knowing how toxic it was, as somehow breathing is considered toxic on there.
