After the events of Stealing Starlight, everything was normal. Well, almost normal. One fateful day, the Star Darlings (Sage, Libby, Leona, Vega, Scarlet, Cassie, Piper, Astra, Tessa, Adora, Clover and Gemma) suddenly got themselves transported to another world by the mirrors in their dorm rooms, a world known as Twisted Wonderland. When they arrive, they end up in Night Raven College, an all-boys' school where wizards chosen by the Mirror of Darkness are allowed to enroll. Since they're the only girls in the school and possess magic that is both new and unique to the world they're in now, the Star Darlings will have to survive in this unfamiliar world until they found a way to get back home to Starland. However, their existence in Twisted Wonderland turn out to be more important than they realize, due to the issues each dorm of the school has. Can the girls survive in Night Raven College and help the students of the 7 dormitories until they found a way to return home? Or are they going to be trapped in Twisted Wonderland forever?
