This is a story about an eighteen year old girl named Summer, who isn't into making new friends. After moving to California with her wealthy, cool, and "hip" mom because of her parents divorce , she lives in the shadows among her peers at Brimond High. Summer does not want anyone to find out about her wealth to avoid being taken advantage of. She's the type of girl that sits at home on the weekends with junk food, Netflix, and YouTube, instead of going out hanging out with friends or partying. She loves to sing but is afraid to sing when others are in her presence. Her favorite videos to watch are O2L video especially on Thursday's when Jc hits the screen. Her mom gets fed up with her constant isolation, and forces her to face the outside world for once besides school. Will that event change her life? Will she be the one in the computer instead of on? Will she hit the stage in front of hundreds of thousands of people? Will she meet a lover? Or will she be done, dumped, and ditched?
