Izuku Midoriya was born different. He was born with a powerful quirk. Izuku could create and control any storm. After discovering his quirk, Izuku's mother Inko knew she couldn't protect him from the people who would want to use it for their selfish desires. Inko chose to take her little baby to the well-known hero school UA High. She felt he would be safer there than with her. But in the way to the school, a truck accidentally hit her car. Inko was dead within minutes. But what happened to Izuku?
