[WIP] The World of No Borders

This is still just an idea, I'm drafting it out first before releasing the first chapter.After the nuclear war of 2075, a war which many consider to be the third world war. The only problem with that theory is that there isn't much of a world of which a war could be held. Emile (eh-MEEL) is one of the only surviving members of society that remains out of captivity. The only reason he's escaped captivity for so long is that the nuclear war left him... different. If it was up to Chief and Commander Beauregard he would be captured and tested upon so he could create a perfect Utopia...With the world in anarchy and few people he can trust, Emile faces betrayal and his greatest enemy to date In...
