Now, it is 2067 and only the extremely poor cannot use it . . . the problem is that the extremely poor do not rule the world.
No one is cracking down on crime. No one worries, no one is sad, no one gets angry. Why bother, when you can be in a constant state of bliss?
Sylver is one of the extremely poor. With a little brother to feed and protect, she is angry at the world. But when she meets Jay, a boy with a secret that could destroy the world, her life is turned upside down.
