"Kate! Shut up, I'm trying to listen!" Katelynn Mari Reynolds and Kirsty Opal Reynolds were walking to The HotWheels skating rink which they both worked at. They had a set a pace for themselves, and their hair was blowing in the wind as they ran so they wouldn't be late.
"I'm trying to listen and make sure no cars are coming. Ya know, so we don't get ran over?"
"I'd rather get ran over than work another day in this dumpy skating rink,"
"Shut up! We need to get money to get a car,"
"We don't have enough yet?"
"No, Kirsty. We barely have enough money to pay rent, we have ONE bicycle, and I don't know about you but two people can't fit on one bicycle. So think, DO we have enough money to get a car?"
Kirsty was silent for the rest of the walk to work. Later they came upon the dumpy skating rink that held so many memories.
