Being a teenager is hard. But being a pyrokinetic, telekinetic teenager with the prospect of an entire throne to Asgard, is even harder.

It's been a really lonely summer for Thea, what with Jack away at the Volare camp and not speaking to her, and Peter with him. She's spent her time practicing her powers, taking special tests for Umber Academy, and messing up the occasional date.

What's more, Neidra is still on the horizon, raising an army in order to take the Asgardian throne, and threatening everything Thea holds dear. While at Umber Academy, Thea tries to push these thoughts and troubles away and focus on being a normal high school student. Thea knows how to fight sorceresses and monsters, but the world of bratty girls, high school classes, and scorned love, is a whole new fight for her.

But being "normal" is never part of the equation at Umber Academy, although Thea is even less than normal.

And everyone around her seems to have a secret.
Jack, with new powers of his own, is pulling away from her.
Loki is still in prison.
And Max is keeping something from her, something she with all her powers of manipulation can't get out of him.

All of this sends a spiral into Thea's world, a torrential storm that can only end in turmoil and the thirst for revenge.

After their third, and hopefully final encounter with Thanos, the reunited Avengers are left to pick up the pieces of the last five years and attempt to move on with their lives. Even with the giant hole left behind by the loss of Tony and Vision, they're still met with the joy that Natasha's return brings. With Sam and Bucky temporarily living with Freya and Steve, who are excitedly expecting twins, things seem like they're slowly returning to a new normal. But Freya can't seem to shake an uneasy feeling after her brief, but nearly violent confrontation with Wanda. The feeling isn't only putting her on edge, but it carries a darkness with it as well. Not long after Wanda leaves, something causes Freya to have an episode with her powers. But instead of her powers lashing out, they're forced to contain an out of control Freya in order to protect the others. Once it passes, new revelations begin to tie everything back to Wanda and her unknown activities. Freya worries for the younger woman and hopes she didn't make a mistake by encouraging her to take time for herself. However, that worry and hope quickly dissolves into fear and guilt when an old friend reaches out for help with a situation only Freya might understand. Without hesitation, Freya, Steve, Sam and Bucky rush to aid the contact. Only to come face to face with something so bizarre and terrifying, even Freya has the urge to stay away. Though, when she discovers Wanda, and perplexingly enough, Vision, at the center of it, she knows they have to do whatever it takes to bring their family home. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Steve Rogers x OC (Stark) [WandaVision] **Book six in the Mercury Series** ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I DO NOT OWN ANYTHING MARVEL OR DISNEY RELATED!! Within twenty-four hours, thirteen year old Thea Fossil's life has been turned upside down. She arrives home late one night to find her astrophysicist mother dead, and she and her little sister are wounded by a mysterious poison from an unknown race of aliens called Imeldi. The next time she wakes up, she is in a SHIELD base, and is surrounded by a crowd of unusual characters that wary Thea has a hard time trusting, particularly when she has just been orphaned. There is Thor, the compassionate yet slightly intimidating Asgardian, but she considers him too eager to please. Natasha Romanoff and Clint Barton both are too shadowy and curt for Thea to put her faith in. Tony Stark, she finds humorous, but at times self-centered and bossy. Dr. Banner, Thea admires, but his own dangerous secret is known to her. And Steve Rogers is far too upbeat for Thea's generally pessimistic liking. And then there is one other person. Someone with a tongue of wit, a personality of iron, and a mind as complicated as Gordian's Knot- just like Thea. Someone who knows how to soothe her fears just as quickly as he knows how to get under her skin. The person that is perhaps the most untrustworthy, but whom little Thea may begin to trust the most. Loki. But even if Thea can begin to trust, and to work as a team, the threat of the Imeldi is still potent and long-fingered. Thea must learn to control her new powers, her temper, and her hidden fire if she wants to survive this. Particularly because the Imeldi want two things. Global revenge. And Thea. RATED PG-13: For interval language (d*mn, as*, h*ll) and violence.

Being the only child of Tony Stark, Freya was kept out of the spotlight so that she might live a semi-normal life. Unfortunately, how she became Tony Stark's daughter is the main reason why she will never have anything near a semi-normal life. Having been sent to Earth at age seven for her own safety by an unknown source, she has no memory of her life before she landed on Midgard. Tony, accompanied by Happy, happened to be the one who found her and immediately felt like it was his responsibility to take care of her. So, he adopts her and loves her like she's his own flesh and blood. Tony watches her grow into a strong, beautiful, fierce woman, whose intelligence might even surpass his own. If magically appearing in a beam of light from space wasn't crazy enough, Freya eventually began to develop abilities as she got older. The physical manifestation of specific abilities ended up being silver in color. Resulting in Tony giving her the nickname "Mercury." Which was quickly shortened to "Merky." Tony always hoped she would lead a normal life after reaching adulthood. From his perspective, she was. Instead, she was actually recruited into S.H.I.E.L.D. not long after her sixteenth birthday by Nick Fury. Who had been watching her from a distance for nine long years. She's transformed into a ruthless assassin and becomes a force to be reckoned with. Unbreakable bonds with two fellow teammates are also forged in the process. But, what will happen when a series of unimaginable events reveals her origin and gruesome past? Who will she trust?
