**First Klance fic Lance and Keith were always neck and neck and rivals. They rarely spoke to each other and only knew things about each other that they told the whole team, Shiro, Pidge, Hunk, Coran and Allura. They were always off doing their own things and never did things together unless it was for a mission. On such a mission the team got split up. Hunk and Pidge went to a different planet to help people, and so did Coran and Allura. Shiro, Keith and Lance go on another mission to a planet where no one lives. They need to find a special living plant on the planet to make the Cryogenic Pods work properly again. Shiro choose the two boys because they always fought, but he hopes they won't now. When the mission is near Earth, Lance gets extremely homesick. Maybe, they end up taking a visit... Start: February 23, 2017 End: March 15, 2017

this is a rewrite of an old story of mine. it has the same title, and I decided I wanted a more detailed story line. my original was rushed, undetailed, and flawed.(Not saying this wont be oops) this is klance, but no smutt, this is a work safe story folks, but gore warning? *Just to clear up the confusion, lotor is not half altean in this au* lance is an altean, and keith is galra, altean, and human. his mother is galra and altean, while his father was human. lance is a special type of altean, almost artificial. he has the rarest power since it is completely unique. he was water, and lightning powers. alteans normally only have water, ice, OR earth powers due to their peaceful tendencies. (No fire or lightning etc.) But, they are apparent on EXTREMLY rare occasuons.He got them from allura, who used her power to save him from a deadly disease when he wasnt even born yet. He was born with white hair, and altean markings. *warning*...a little gory?? some sensitive topics Plus, the cover art is not mine, I looked it up on google and couldn't find the credit. Voltron and OC AU called Crystal Faith. Everything seems to be going just fine in Shiro's life. He's a senior officer at the Galaxy Garrison (Crystal Core) along with his fiancé Adam and his daughter just enrolled as a cadet. But he keeps having nightmares and it's starting to mess with him. There's a battle with the Galra on Earth that leaves everyone shaken, but leaves Shiro in worse conditions than before. (Voltron is not necessarily a part of this story.) None of the art is mine. I will alert you if any of the art is. (Shiro is a winged lion, Adam is human, Pidge is half Altean, and half Galren, Holly is a weird, human thing with wings, Iantha is a catfolk, Lance is human, Luna is a werewolf, Percy is human, Keith is half galra, Krolia is a full Galra and that's about it.) (Krolia is NOT Keith's mother in this AU, Pidge is Shiro's adopted daughter, Adam doesn't die, and Holly, Iantha, Percy and Luna are NOT my OCs. They belong to a very good friend of mine.) (There will be Adashi/Shadam and Klance. NO SMUT OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, BECAUSE I CAN BARELY READ IT, LET ALONE WRITE ABOUT THAT.) Crystal Bearers are protecters of the universe and all that magical stuff. A crystal fuses itself to a person, giving them the powers of that crystal and the ability to fuse with other Crystal Bearers. (Cool right? My friend made this all up, none of this was my idea, so you can say a big thank you to her for making this happen.) So the spiral light at the center of the universe was shattered into 9 shards and the universe has been in chaos ever since. Because the spiral light shattered, the Crystal Core was formed, and the Galra have been invading peaceful planets to them more power for the empire, and all that stuff. So Crystal Bearers are sent out on missions, freeing captured planets, freeing prisoners, recruiting new Crystal Cadets, stopping space piracy and other junk like that. I don't want to spoil anything else, so you have to read the book to find out what happens!
