Kang Cha-Woo is a CEO of a tech company in NYC and Seoul inherited from his grandfather. He is confident, competitive, cogent and charming. Normally he's in Seoul and has a close friend occupying the building in NYC however,  due to an issue he has to travel overseas to resolve the knot. 

Lee Yea-Na is known for being a "smart troublemaker", she plans everything before the event happens. She is wise, wild, wholesome and worthy. Although she is stubborn and silly, she is clever and bold. She has never failed committing a crime and getting caught. She basically grew up being a criminal. At age 27, she finally talks herself into finding a real job and where else should you start at other than NYC?  

The same night Lee Yea-Na planned to steal one last time from someone in a random bar, Kang Cha-Woo decides he needs to relax for a night at a bar.
