Thanks to the Particle Accelerator explosion, they both became superheroes. While they both have speed. Barry's lightning is yellow and Chloe's is pink, but Chloe has another power. She has energy manipulation.

What happens when she starts to suspect her new boss? What happens if the hero becomes the villain? Will she control her powers, or will her powers control her?
