Golden is a twenty-three-year-old woman who's dealing with a neurological disorder called prosopagnosia, which describes the inability to recognize faces and facial expressions. She has lived with her grandmother, Lolita, for more than a decade since her parents died under the greediness of Spanish men. She looks after her grandmother and supports Lolita's needs, especially the maintenance. Since she's only an elementary school graduate, it's not easy for her to find a regular job. She tried to apply in the town of Sison but was still rejected. While absentmindedly walking because of disappointment in the street, she bumped into an unknown guy but didn't even mind him. A coin was thrown at Golden's nape, causing her to look at him. The said guy is the youngest son of Hacendado, the most powerful man, and the owner of huge land and ten towns, including Sison. As a punishment for not apologizing, she will work at their hacienda in Dillo, but in a twist, as a personal maid. The unexpected meet up, contented by fights, laughs, sadness, truths, lies, and most especially love, behind the hacienda systems, history, secrets or hidden truths, and revelations. The most worthwhile ending comes from the unexpected beginning. THIS IS A WORK OF FICTION.
