I was awaken at five in the morning by a phone call with an unknown number. I answered anyway knowing my Moma and Dad were coming home from Japan, so I immediately thought it was them trying to reach me from an airport saying they were going to stay another night somewhere. I answered, but another voice was yelling at me. My sister. "Daniella, they're dead."
"Wait, Savanna?" I had no clue who's number this was or why they were telling me people were dead.
"Yes, Daniella, who else would be calling at five in the morning?" She choked out through her muffled cries.
"Who's dead?" I had no clue and was starting to get irritated at the thought of her just calling me this early.
