This is a story that I have been inspired to write after reading the Transformers Shattered Glass comic. For a quick summary of the comic, the characters travel to an au dimension. Where everyone is opposite of who they originally are. 
It was awesome. I'm gonna write for G1 Transformer series first then I'll write for the others.

So Chip, using the Forge Matrix, sets out to create the Braves, a group of Transformers born on Earth who fight for Earth's safety while the Autobots and Decepticons fight between each other.

And when she finally runs in with Optimus's arch enemy, she finds herself eyeing off a certain decepticon leader in a way that she should not have. And she did not know why. Megatron himself feels he simply had taken something so precious from Prime, and enjoys watching the autobot panic in trying to find her. But, the girl began to confuse his spark. So much so he questions so much about himself.

They use classism to stop transformers from thinking past their desired function. A young Megatron would have been forced to spend the rest of his life in the mines if it wasn't for one of the few good senators that saved him from that life. The senate however turned his friend Orion against him and now Megatron with the help of Senator Ratbat and her Decepticons strives to find information to reveal just how corrupt the senate is to the complacent populace. If you are looking for a Transformers story that focuses on pre-war Cybertron and the effects the corrupt senate had on the populace and the first building blocks of what will be known as the Great War then this book is for you.
