Maddison Salvatore.
Or as everyone besides her brothers believe she is - Maddison Miller.
Maddison is a werewitch and half-sister to the Salvatore brothers. Their mother Lily cheated on her abusive husband after giving birth to two sons. Maddison's mother being a witch and her unknown father being a werewolf gave her the power of both supernatural beings. In 1864 when her brothers turned into vampires she made an immortality spell and put it on herself so she can stay with her brothers without losing her witch powers.
Now in Mystic Falls, the Salvatore brothers agreed to keep her identity and the fact that she is a not only a witch but also a werewolf a secret so that she can stay safe from their enemies. That is until a certain hybrid knows her little secret and becomes somewhat quick friends with the girl. She now struggles with the secret and finds it a burden to keep hiding it all the time.
There is also a little unknown secret kept from both lovers that is usually unheard - a certain magical connection that is unexplained and indescribable. One that connects her and a certain psychopathic original vampire.
