A woman has not one but two lovers on the side while lying to her very wealthy Ceo banker husband.. He comes home early to her on the bed with the gardener who is holding her down by the arms and a second man with two blankets and two towels. One towel over her legs that are up and one towel wrapped around her. He quietly backs out of the room only to come back with an arsenal of a shotgun and a pistol and an axe.
