"Please, please wake up .." Tears dripped down my face as I looked down at his bloody and bruised, unconscious body. This whole thing was my fault, I shouldn't have let him escape. I shouldn't have let him leave the house. I cried. His temple was bleeding. I started to panic as I gently shook my lover by the shoulders. "Please!" I shouted. I could hear police officers from behind, calling me out but I didn't listen. I hugged his limp body close to my alive one. Tears quickly streamed down my faces as I kept on shouting his name.
"I can't lose you!"
