After unfortunate and tragic events that occurred when she was 6, Evelyn Henderson thought she'd be able to live a normal life with her friends and family in Hawkins, Indiana. But when she begins to experience what seems to be an out-of body experience, she learns that there's more to Hawkins then she thought, that's she knew. During these events she tries her best to protect her brothers best friend, Will Byers who seemed to be trapped in the world she continuously seen. Along the way she reunites with someone unexpected, makes new friends, and possibly even love. Either way, she wasn't expecting any of this.
