People say beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. Unfortunately, Sarai O'Neil thinks otherwise. Having been overweight nearly all her life has made her self-conscious about her apperance. This has gone as far as her wearing sweaters in the blistering heat of Summer just to hide her arms. Her parents have attempted to help but not even they can change her mind. Maybe someone else can?
