In his four years as a pro, Number 3 hero Hawks doesn't question the orders he's given by the HPSC. So he doesn't give it much thought when he's told he has to work with some American vigilante to catch the League of Villains, until he realizes said vigilante is the same girl who both saved him and nearly destroyed him entirely.

A story told from an original character's perspective that follows the main plotline of MHA, a story of two broken, lost souls who in their attempt to save the world just might save each other.
