He called out again, trying to find his way through the room. His ears flickered up and paused. He nudged his heel on the floor, hearing a splash on the ground. He froze. Seconds ticked by as Tommy slowly took out his phone. His finger hovered over the flashlight button. With hesitation, he gulped and pressed the button. Light illuminated the dusty counter and unsettling puddle of pitch black liquid on the floor. He shivered, a rouge gust of wind seeping through the broken window. Grimacing at the sight, Tommy reluctantly stepped further in. Before having shivering cold hands being placed on his lower back. And being pushed into the sea of unknown substance. ------- Tommy was looking for his roommate yet luck wasn't upon him, and he somehow went from having healing powers to having wide spread wings, and different powers than before after falling into a puddle. Oh and he has black handprints on his back. That doesn't have anything to do with his sudden encounters of villains and superheroes.....Right? or After falling into a weird puddle, Tommy falls into the world of heros, vigilantes and villains as a mentally unprepared 17 year old child. ---- Heavily inspired by the song "Turn The Lights Off" by Tally Hall. Tommy centric DSMP-ish fanfic Set in a world with districts and the hierarchy dictated by how powerful you are. There are normal people and people called Gifted who have different sorts of powers. The Heroes are the world's highest authority because they are some of the most powerful Gifted. There are also, of course, villains and vigilantes. But this story is centered around Tommy not on the heroes, vigilantes, and villains, though they are mentioned. Basically just Tommy after giving up being a vigilante due to a traumatic incident. He goes through great lengths to re-establish his ties with Tubbo and Ranboo all while hiding what truly happened behind his mental wall. Vigilante benchtrio The rewrite of my vigilante duology Tommy ducked into a back alley as the flashing lights rounded the corner. He watched from the darkness as police ran up the street, along with the people in white. No doubt looking for him and his brothers. He doesn't know why they're looking for them, they are only kids. But he knows his brothers were terrified, and stressed how important it was to stay hidden. Tommy held his breath as the people searched, ducking behind a dumpster as a flashlight beam swept across the alley. He poked his head out once he heard the sirens fade. His ears standing upright as he picked up on the faint buzz of his brother's wings. "I think they're gone for now." His other brother said, appearing a little ways away from him. "Why can't they leave us alone?" Tommy asked sadly. "Because we are free." Tubbo said. "This doesn't feel like freedom." "I know Tommy, one day we'll actually be free."
