Recently, a nuclear fallout affected the entire world. You'd think that'd be bad, right? Nope! In fact, nothing happened to half of the world. However, the other half gained powers. But not just any powers, you had to train them in order for them to work. If they were in the wrong hands, who knows what would happen? The people who cannot use their powers, however, would go to a special academy to train it. That's what's happening with 15 year old Ren Suzuki.
