Layunin nilang Protektahan at pangalagaan ang buong seguridad sa mundo. Ngunti sa pag haba ng panahon hindi naging madali sa mga tauhan nito ang mas lumalala pang karahasan dahil sa pag sulpot ng mga kakaibang bagay o nilalang. 

Kaya umisip sila ng isang paraan upang mapanatili ang kapayapaan sa mundo, at ito ang makabagong teknolohiya na kanilang ginawa ang project SPCS o ang Special police combat suit. Nilikha ito upang gamitin sa pakikipag laban sa mga hindi ordinaryong kriminal o hindi pang karaniwang nilalang.
