Eve and her mother move to Scranton, Pennsylvania to start fresh in order to escape her abusive father's grasp all the way from New Orleans, Louisiana. She starts at a new high school, new town and a completely different environment. She hates moving from her hometown of New Orleans. Even though she never was truly happy and she kept to herself and had no friends and was the one quiet and in black and dark makeup always had her nose in a book or drawing or writing in her notebook and kept to herself. She misses the environment but a certain boy comes along to her side and all that changes.
