Private Sector - Under various federal and state laws, an entrepreneur requires dozens of licences. Many are still manual and paper-based, requiring face-to-face meetings and physical inspections.  
 
India has set a lofty goal of becoming an economic powerhouse by the end of the decade, with a $10 trillion economy.

While the professionals chat about an abundance of key binding restrictions, one hidden challenge which is often forgotten is India's already stretched regulatory support and enforcement resources. The government's regulatory ability has generally languished the pressure. Rare reserves direct to hesitations in consenting permissions and organizing occasional regenerations. While on one hand, the hesitations induce severe financial loss, on the different, it is a main seed spur of fraud.
