Said the right hand man. "Alright." Mr. NotFound said taking the letter from his right hand man. While he opened the letter they both became silent for a few minutes, before Mr. NotFound started reading it. "Dear Mr. NotFound, I know about the 500k. And I know it was you who did all the robbery's. So I wanted to come at peace with you once and for all. We may not be on good terms at the moment but id like to be. Cursed Times - What Now?
Get out your popcorn, tourists beware, here comes a paranormal adventure with a historical twist, set in Egypt--and Britain. From Chapter 29 'Darkness': 'Did I just try to dive into that goo to get at a dead guy?' Trueth asked. Define dead,' Metjen said with a half-smile. He muttered something and touched Trueth on the forehead. The rest of her giddiness faded away--only to return as Metjen crushed her in one of his bearhugs. 'For a moment I thought we would lose you. Don't do that again.' Trueth's cheeks burned. That could only be the caffeine. The stuff had never agreed with her. 'It wasn't my idea, there was a voice in my head!' *** Trueth hates being the last paranormal creature left on Earth. She needn't worry: On a trip to Egypt she runs into Metjen Al-Nour, magical member in the last temple of the sun god Ra. With sparks flying between them--not only those of the magical variety--they solve a 5000-year-old riddle where clues are literally buried in tombs, historical sites--as well as in the family safe. But their journey is far from over - where other stories end, this one really takes off... . The second novel in the trilogy, 'Cursed Times - Only Yesterday!', is completed, and 'In My Attic' - a spin-off to the world of Cursed Times is available with weekly updates. === Copyright information, given the recent acts of content piracy: All copyrights of the texts are mine exclusively. BOOK 2!!! She was soaked. Her clothes, face, hair, everything was soaked from the rain and I just looked at her. She was breathing heavily but kept eye contact with me anyway. I could see through her shirt but I quickly regain focus. " Are you gonna let me in or not dude" she says biting her lip. As if she planned to come like this alone at night at my house. I pull her in the door by her arm slamming the door shut, about to remind her why she came here.... Isiah is 19 years old at his university. He plays soccer and one day, after a game, a group of girls approach him. As he was talking to them it didn't take him long to realize they were a grade higher than him. A stare. A stare is what caught his attention when he felt it from the back of the girls. There was a girl in the back who looked at him with such a disgusted look. He had never received this look before so he was puzzled. He then knew that she was gonna be a pain in his ass. That disgusted girl was Hani. She played volleyball and was extremely smart, but she was a very cold person so she had a small group of friends. When she encounters Isiah, she realizes he's the boy that had a traumatic altercation with her little brother. She wants nothing to do with him and only feels disgusted.... Yet they keep meeting? As their rivalry grows something else does too? Attraction? Kinks?... love?
Cursed Times - Only Yesterday! Sequel to Wattys 2015 winner!
By accident rather than design, Trueth - one of the last European witches - finds herself in an ancient Egyptian civilisation. It isn't quite what she has expected - for one thing this place is as full of magic as it is lacking in decent showers. Instead, there is evil lurking just below the surface of the Nile. Together with the friends and family she found in 'Cursed Times - What Now?', Trueth will need to embark on yet another world-saving adventure. One that hopefully does not end in a romantic shipping-wreck. From pyramids, tombs and temples - as well as a palace governed by a randy fourteen-year-old Pharaoh - her journey will ultimately take her to the mists of the North and towards her people. With or without a man at her side. 'Only Yesterday' can be read as standalone adventure novel, or as part of the 'Cursed Times' Series. Warning: In 'Cursed Times - What Now?' all you needed was popcorn. Now you need something stronger - much stronger! === Copyright information, given the recent acts of content piracy: All copyrights of the texts are mine exclusively.
