But when people see him at night they stop and stare at him, of course they wouldn't know he was The same person as they had seen on the street, but the people of district 19 always stopped a night to stare at Theseus the vigilante.

Tommy, better known as Theseus in the community, is a vigilante who's only goal is to help get rid of crime in his city. Tommy is known in the media for having flexibility and fast movements, similar to a raccoons. His makeshift suit has raccoon ears on the hood, a black mask that goes over his eyes to resemble a raccoon, and a fluffy tail. Sure, a tail is kind of stupid considering someone could grab in to keep him from running, but it adds to his brand. And he's fast, so it doesn't matter. His weapons? A knife, and discs. No, not actual discs. These discs are sort of like Chinese throwing stars, or whatever they're called. They deal damage, and that's what matters. The heroes; Blade, Angel of Death, and Ghost; are always seeking to catch Tommy and arrest him. Tommy is just trying to help the city. He doesn't know why the heroes want him arrested. When Tommy's landlord of the apartment complex he lives in finds out that Tommy isn't actually 18, and is really 15, he calls CPS and gets Tommy taken to a foster home. Tommy can't fight crime from a foster home without the new family finding out, or can he? But what happens when Tommy finds out that his new family is actually the heroes that seek to arrest him day after day? But what happens if one catastrophically timed scream unravels a web of secrets and Tommy finds himself at the centre of all of it? But the house and the warm, yellow light from the windows made him keep going, despite his hopeless situation. Tommy 'Innit' wasn't shocked when he one day discovered that he was a shapeshifter, but kept it secret from the rest off the world, since hybrids and magical creatures often got bullied at the orphanage, where Tommy grew up. Soon, Tommy realized that he could use his new power to run away from his life as an orphan. He bought a backpack, stole some money and food, before leaving, hopefully for good. Now, Tommy has lived in the wild for almost two months, and things have started to go downhill - fast. It's autumn, Tommy is injured and no one seems to be nearby to help him.
