When Barbara went to check on her son that night, she found a couple of goblins switching out her son. But after chasing them away she learns that she was too late, yet her big heart refuses to allow an innocent child to be thrown aside and be blamed for the misfortune that had befallen them. With new found resolve, she goes in search for answers to what happened while also searching endlessly for her biological son all the hwile being a single mother and a doctor in training. This soon leads her down the path of the magical and supernatural as she meets allies who are more than willing to aid in her search.
Little did everyone know, Jim was a bigger mystery than originally thought. And it all started seven years after his switch when they discover a boy identical to Jim on the other side of a mirror.
