This year, to ensure the continuation of record-breaking ratings, Netflix have struck a deal with each Formula 1 team. A dedicated buddy is to be assigned to each driver with the aim of securing exclusive behind-the-scenes content. As someone with a PR problem and an anti-media reputation, Max is informed by the Red Bull senior management that this arrangement is absolutely mandatory. The one positive? It's 2023 and Elodie Carter's second season in F1 begins in her new team, Red Bull. Partnered with back-to-back champion Max Verstappen, she's on the hunt to become the youngest ever World Driver's Champion and the first female World Champion. However, it won't be easy with her old mentor Lewis Hamilton finding himself in a competitive car and gunning for his eighth title, Max looking for the triple along with a newly rejuvenated Ferrari team looking to restore glory after a series of embarrassing events the previous season. On top of this Elodie has to try and find a way to handle the growing tension between herself and Max, both of whom are struggling with the constant push and pull of their attraction to one another and now within even closer proximity it becomes harder to manage as the pressure mounts both personally and professionally.
