Percy Jackson wasn't having a great day. By the time he was on his way to his mother's apartment things went from bad to worse.

He was in the middle of a rather secluded alleyway when he had been ambushed. His senses had been on high alert, and Percy had known that danger was coming, but he just though it was the aggressive mama-bearing he was set to receive from Sally when he arrived. He had been wrong. A bunch of brightly dressed kids had surrounded him.
