(Y/N), a sweet but scatterbrained hero-in-training, spends most of her days trying not to forget her homework, her lunch money, or the fact that she tends to glitch herself into walls when she gets excited. Her quirk may let her blink across distances and stun opponents like a system error, but her heart? Totally unprotected. Then there's Katsuki Bakugo - explosive prodigy, walking inferno, and the last person anyone expects to be soft for someone. Except he is. Painfully so. And everyone knows it. Everyone... except her. From warming her hands in winter to dragging her to "totally-not-a-date" arcades, Bakugo finds himself doing everything he can to prove his worth to the one person too dense to see he's been in love with her for months. Through training mishaps, glitch accidents, late-night talks, jealousy wars, and soft private moments, (Y/N) slowly uncovers what everyone else already figured out: Bakugo doesn't just care. He's gone for her. And when sparks meet glitches, maybe-just maybe-the system finally crashes in the best way possible. A slow-burn romance full of fluff, tension, miscommunication, healing, and a boy with explosions for hands who learns how to hold someone gently. 🥈 bakugou 14/11/25 🥇 myheroacademia 21/11/25Complete

She saw how he let the power get to his head and decided that she wouldn't tell anyone about her quirk so she would never become like Bakugo. That went down the drain when the teacher revealed she would be also trying for U.A. She proved that it was right for her when she stepped in to try and save Bakugo from the sludge villain with her powerful quirk. So what happens when Bakugo and (Y/n) start becoming friends again? What happens when she only gains more power, also growing closer to her childhood friend? Ashes and Embers (Bakugo x Reader)
ON HAITUS Ashes and Embers BNHA | Katsuki Bakugo x Reader She was a shadow in the hero world-scarred by experiments, silent, hiding her true strength behind a mask. No one but her family knew her story. Not her classmates, not her teachers... even she wasn't sure of herself. Except Bakugou. He met her once, long before U.A., and something about her never left him. Now, years later, she's back-stronger, quieter, and carrying secrets heavy enough to break her. He doesn't realise it yet, but every promise he makes, every fight they share, and every laugh he pulls from her is pulling him closer to the truth. And in a world that threatens to burn them both, she might just be the reason he learns what it means to love. A slow-burning romance of fire, ash, and the embers that refuse to die.
