Notorious demon hunter Granger known for his viscious and mysterious nature had been handed a bad set of cards in life. Losing everything at an early age having his childhood ripped away like his parents, and having clawed his way on top of the demon hunting game. Yet despite all his fame being part of the lightborn squad he still felt empty and alone, due to this he acts on impulse having nothing to lose. He meets Guinevere someone he's not overly fond of having heard he ran from her family something Granger doesnt understand. Family is everything for him and having heard someone had taken that for granted aggravates him. He later finds out that some families can be toxic and manipulative, he then can finally empathize and understand Guinevere and develops "a certain growing pain in his chest." whenever she's around he later realizes he's finally got something, someone to lose.
