From a true story.
A story written for a flash contest to express solidarity to the Ukrainian people and advocate the end of hostilities.
The story received the prize "Emotion" with the motivation "for having us shedding tears of true feeling", a prize that I'm honoured to accept in the name of my mother, the protagonist of this story.
