It's been two years since the last encounter with Ryan and his psycho behavior. Elissa was living under a rock ever since, where the silence consumed her with the frightening thoughts of the past. She didn't have trust issues but now she looked at everyone twice before thinking it was safe to pass them. Everything had turned in to a mind game between staying alive and dying. Not once was her mind not captivated in the thought of him. She knew she had some sort of feelings for him in the back of her unconscious mind, but it was hard admitting that she liked a murderer.

"What was there to fear and love when he was locked away in an isolated psychiatric ward"

But she had everything to fear, because no longer were those same menacing thoughts in her mind anymore as her nightmares were coming alive in the house... next door.

[ a dark and very twisted romance ]
