Penny Springfield lives inside her mind. She's shy, and other students bully her at school. Even her best friend doesn't do much to help; she's seeing Penny's secret crush. But things are about to change in a big way, and it starts with an audition for the choir solo.

(I've worked on this for a long time, off and on, and originally started writing it before 2010, so it roughly takes place around 2003/4. A lot of this is inspired by my high school experience and my issues of being bullied and having friends who were not bullied, but didn't exactly do much to help.)All Rights Reserved
