At twenty-five, Michael Jackson has acquired wealth, power, fame, and respect. Having lived in Los Angeles for the last year after leaving his hometown Indiana and all the demons as well as blessings created there, he is gearing up for the grand opening of the second location of his well-known hotel The Jackson 5 Hotel. On his grand opening night is where he meets Malia Robinson who's attended with her fiancé who'd happen to be a good friend of Michael's. It doesn't take long for the two to become entangled in one another, for Malia, being with Michael was like a breath of fresh air compared to Christian. And for Michael, being with Malia was like something he'd never experienced in all his romantic life as he is used to just relishing in the life of a bachelor who has women falling to his feet left and right. As the affair has the two in too deep in a matter of months, what the pair doesn't know, but come to find out is that all's well, doesn't end well.
